Plum vape pen Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the deals shortlist
Plum in Bandung: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Choosing a vape pen for plum
Plum vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plum in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Bandung
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.04 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.04 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp3.04 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
