Plum refill pack Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist
Plum in Bandung: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
We run plum the same way in Bandung: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on plum: 7 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Bandung works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Bandung
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.01 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bandung.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.01 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
