Plum cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist
Plum in Bandung: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Choosing a cartomizer for plum
The honest read on plum: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run plum the same way in Bandung: same cartomizer, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plum in Bandung works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Bandung
The honest read on plum: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp1.95 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
