Plum pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the guide shortlist
Plum in Bandung: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in Bandung
Plum in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: plum in Bandung works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pen device really costs in Bandung
A plum pen device from the starter options in Bandung costs about Rp2.1 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Bandung survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
