Iced refill pack Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the deals shortlist
Iced in Bandung: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
A iced refill pack from the discounted options in Bandung costs about Rp1.87 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp1.87 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Bandung works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Bandung
Iced in Bandung reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Bandung.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
