Honey pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the deals shortlist
Honey in Bandung: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Honey pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A honey pen device from the discounted options in Bandung costs about Rp2.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: honey in Bandung works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey pen device really costs in Bandung
A honey pen device from the discounted options in Bandung costs about Rp2.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested honey in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where honey goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On honey the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.04 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
