Caramel RDA Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist
Caramel in Bandung: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What caramel costs in Bandung
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.03 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: caramel in Bandung works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Bandung
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.03 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
