Plain pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the wholesale shortlist
Plain in Bandung: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Bandung are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run plain the same way in Bandung: same pen device, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain pen device really costs in Bandung
Plain in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
