Candy starter kit Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the flat shortlist
Candy in Bandung: 17 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.49 per 10 ml.
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy starter kit really costs in Bandung
A candy starter kit from the flat-rate options in Bandung costs about Rp2.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Bandung.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where candy goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Rp64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.49 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
