Vanilla mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the best shortlist
Vanilla in Bandung: 20 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What the label on Vanilla is allowed to say
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.19 per 10 ml.
The honest read on vanilla: 20 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: vanilla in Bandung works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla mesh tank really costs in Bandung
Vanilla mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested vanilla in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Bandung.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Rp61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.19 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for vanilla in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
