Vanilla in Bandung: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the vanilla habit
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp1.6 per 10 ml.
Vanilla in Bandung reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: vanilla in Bandung works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla squonk mod really costs in Bandung
Vanilla in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested vanilla in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp1.6 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
