Vanilla in Bandung: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What the label on Vanilla is allowed to say
A vanilla pen device from the pre-order options in Bandung costs about Rp2.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Vanilla pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla pen device really costs in Bandung
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Bandung are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp2.44 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
