Vanilla pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the deals shortlist
Vanilla in Bandung: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on vanilla: 12 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla pen device really costs in Bandung
Vanilla in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Rp63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.6 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
