Tobacco squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the budget shortlist
Tobacco in Bandung: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What the label on Tobacco is allowed to say
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.26 per 10 ml.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Bandung are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco squonk mod really costs in Bandung
Tobacco in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
