How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.7 per 10 ml.
We run sweet the same way in Bandung: same squonk mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet squonk mod really costs in Bandung
A sweet squonk mod from the best options in Bandung costs about Rp2.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Bandung.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in Bandung survives.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
