Sweet refill pack Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the best shortlist
Sweet in Bandung: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
Sweet sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.04 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet refill pack really costs in Bandung
Sweet refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sweet in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Bandung.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.04 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sweet in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp2.04 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
