Sweet pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the flat shortlist
Sweet in Bandung: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.78 per 10 ml.
Sweet pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet pen device really costs in Bandung
Sweet in Bandung reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested sweet in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is sweet legal to sell in Indonesia?
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
How long does sweet in a pen device last?
In Bandung we measured 2 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
