Spiced refill pack Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the compare shortlist
Spiced in Bandung: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.44 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at spiced in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: spiced in Bandung works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced refill pack really costs in Bandung
We run spiced the same way in Bandung: same refill pack, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested spiced in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Bandung survives.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp3.44 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.

On the last run in Bandung: about Rp3.44 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
