Spiced refill pack Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the best shortlist
Spiced in Bandung: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How we tested Spiced refill pack here
Spiced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Spiced in Bandung reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced refill pack really costs in Bandung
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested spiced in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp1.76 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
