Spiced pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the budget shortlist
Spiced in Bandung: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Spiced pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: spiced in Bandung works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Bandung
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Rp68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.55 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
