Sourcherry box mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the compare shortlist
Sourcherry in Bandung: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
Sourcherry in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: sourcherry in Bandung works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry box mod really costs in Bandung
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested sourcherry in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sourcherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.97 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
