Sour prefilled pod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the review shortlist
Sour in Bandung: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How we tested Sour prefilled pod here
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp1.84 per 10 ml.
A sour prefilled pod from the reviewed options in Bandung costs about Rp1.84 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sour in Bandung works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour prefilled pod really costs in Bandung
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested sour in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Bandung survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sour in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp1.84 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
How long does sour in a prefilled pod last?
In Bandung we measured 7 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
