Sour cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the review shortlist
Sour in Bandung: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sour habit
Sour in Bandung reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on sour: 10 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: sour in Bandung works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour cartomizer really costs in Bandung
If you are looking at sour in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sour in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Treating the advertised Rp36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.14 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
How long does sour in a cartomizer last?
In Bandung we measured 3 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is sour legal to sell in Indonesia?
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
