Salted vape pen Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist
Salted in Bandung: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Salted in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on salted: 14 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: salted in Bandung works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted vape pen really costs in Bandung
Salted in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested salted in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where salted goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Bandung survives.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

In Bandung we measured 4 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
