Salted box mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the deals shortlist
Salted in Bandung: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
We run salted the same way in Bandung: same box mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Salted in Bandung reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: salted in Bandung works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted box mod really costs in Bandung
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested salted in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Bandung.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Rp47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp1.95 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does salted in a box mod last?
In Bandung we measured 5 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
