Plum zero-nicotine bottle Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist — Bandungjouza
Plum in Bandung: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good zero-nicotine bottle from a repack
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Bandung. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run plum the same way in Bandung: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plum in Bandung works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Bandung
Plum in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.54 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp2.54 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
