Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on plum: 18 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: plum in Bandung works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Bandung
The honest read on plum: 18 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bandung.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.09 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.09 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Bandung?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
