Plum starter kit Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the flat shortlist
Plum in Bandung: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A plum starter kit from the flat-rate options in Bandung costs about Rp3.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plum starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plum in Bandung works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Bandung
We run plum the same way in Bandung: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Rp51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.3 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Bandung?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp3.3 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
