Plum RDA Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the flat shortlist
Plum in Bandung: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What plum costs in Bandung
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp1.65 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Bandung. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plum in Bandung works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum RDA really costs in Bandung
The honest read on plum: 13 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Bandung survives.
- Treating the advertised Rp39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp1.65 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
