Plain mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the flat shortlist
Plain in Bandung: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.63 per 10 ml.
A plain mesh tank from the flat-rate options in Bandung costs about Rp2.63 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain mesh tank really costs in Bandung
The honest read on plain: 11 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Bandung.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plain goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Bandung survives.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
