Plain mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the best shortlist
Plain in Bandung: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.16 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Bandung. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plain in Bandung works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain mesh tank really costs in Bandung
We run plain the same way in Bandung: same mesh tank, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plain in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Indonesia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bandung | 5–10 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Rp41 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Rp3.16 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does plain in a mesh tank last?
In Bandung we measured 3 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
