Plain cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the budget shortlist
Plain in Bandung: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How we tested Plain cartomizer here
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on plain: 8 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Bandung works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain cartomizer really costs in Bandung
Plain cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Rp37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.56 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
