Passionfruit mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the review shortlist — Bandungjouza
Passionfruit in Bandung: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Choosing a mesh tank for passionfruit
We run passionfruit the same way in Bandung: same mesh tank, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Passionfruit prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.09 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a passionfruit mesh tank really costs in Bandung
We run passionfruit the same way in Bandung: same mesh tank, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested passionfruit in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Mixing passionfruit with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Rp36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.09 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
