Nutty pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the wholesale shortlist
Nutty in Bandung: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
A nutty pen device from the bulk options in Bandung costs about Rp2.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.96 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a nutty pen device really costs in Bandung
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Bandung. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested nutty in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.96 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should nutty start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Bandung?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
