Mintice vape pen Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the guide shortlist
Mintice in Bandung: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
The honest read on mintice: 24 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Mintice in Bandung reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice vape pen really costs in Bandung
Mintice in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mintice in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Indonesia |

| Delivery to Bandung | 5–10 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Rp56 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Rp3.23 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Bandung?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
