Mintice pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the order shortlist
Mintice in Bandung: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mintice habit
Mintice in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on mintice: 12 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Bandung
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Rp37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.25 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for mintice in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does mintice in a pen device last?
In Bandung we measured 2 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is mintice legal to sell in Indonesia?
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
