Ordering Jouza Hookah to Bandung: the practical version
If you are looking at mintice in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A mintice pen device from the compared options in Bandung costs about Rp2.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: mintice in Bandung works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Bandung
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Bandung.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Bandung survives.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.62 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
