Choosing a cartomizer for mintice
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.65 per 10 ml.

If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice cartomizer really costs in Bandung
Mintice in Bandung reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mintice in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.65 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp2.65 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Bandung?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
