What the label on Mint is allowed to say
We run mint the same way in Bandung: same squonk mod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Bandung are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: mint in Bandung works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint squonk mod really costs in Bandung
A mint squonk mod from the reviewed options in Bandung costs about Rp3.06 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mint in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp3.06 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How long does mint in a squonk mod last?
In Bandung we measured 3 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
