Licorice starter kit Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the guide shortlist
Licorice in Bandung: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Licorice starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice starter kit really costs in Bandung
Licorice in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested licorice in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Rp65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.82 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.82 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Bandung?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
