Licorice squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Bandung: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What licorice costs in Bandung
Licorice in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.59 per 10 ml.
The short version: licorice in Bandung works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice squonk mod really costs in Bandung
A licorice squonk mod from the flat-rate options in Bandung costs about Rp2.59 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Rp65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.59 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
