Ordering Jouza Hookah to Bandung: the practical version
The honest read on licorice: 17 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: licorice in Bandung works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Bandung
A licorice refill pack from the pre-order options in Bandung costs about Rp1.73 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp1.73 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp1.73 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
