Licorice refill pack Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist
Licorice in Bandung: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
A licorice refill pack from the online options in Bandung costs about Rp2.64 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Licorice refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Bandung
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Bandung.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Rp45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.64 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.64 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Is licorice legal to sell in Indonesia?
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
