Licorice pod kit Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the budget shortlist
Licorice in Bandung: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How we tested Licorice pod kit here
Licorice pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.45 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice pod kit really costs in Bandung
Licorice in Bandung reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested licorice in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Bandung survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for licorice in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
