Licorice pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the wholesale shortlist — Bandungjouza
Licorice in Bandung: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Where buyers go wrong with licorice in Bandung
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.23 per 10 ml.
We run licorice the same way in Bandung: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: licorice in Bandung works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice pen device really costs in Bandung
Licorice pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested licorice in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Rp40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.23 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
