What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
The honest read on licorice: 15 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run licorice the same way in Bandung: same 100 ml bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: licorice in Bandung works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested licorice in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Rp29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp1.86 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
