Coil life, liquid cost and the lemon habit
Lemon in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.48 per 10 ml.
The short version: lemon in Bandung works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Bandung

How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Rp47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.48 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
