Graphite vape pen Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist
Graphite in Bandung: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Graphite in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Bandung are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested graphite in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Rp53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.33 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp3.33 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp3.33 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
