Frozen in Bandung: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Bandung
Frozen in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp1.64 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bandung.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
