Frozen box mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the compare shortlist
Frozen in Bandung: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good box mod from a repack
The honest read on frozen: 16 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run frozen the same way in Bandung: same box mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen box mod really costs in Bandung
If you are looking at frozen in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.57 per 10 ml.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.57 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
